About Products

In SalesShaper, products refer to the goods or services that you are selling or providing. When creating a new deal, you have the option to insert products that you are selling for the deal as an additional information. This piece of information is useful for the generation of some reports later.

Only users with the Sales Manager and the Assistant Sales Manager role have the authority to access and manage the products module.

To access the products module, launch SalesShaper, click and select Products & Services.
