About Sales Target, Forecast and Invoiced Amounts

In SalesShaper Plan, you will see the statistics of sales target, sales forecast and invoiced sales in a table. We will look into the explanation of each of these figures based on the breakdown of the following image in the table below.

 

Column Element Description
Target Total Sales Target This figure is the summation of Sales Target for New Customers and Sales Target for Existing Customers.
Sales Target for New Customers This figure is the target set by your manager, which is the deal amount that he/she expects you to invoice for leads or new customers.
Sales Target for Existing Customers This figure is the target set by your manager, which is the deal amount that he/she expects you to invoice for existing customers.
Forecast Total Sales Forecast This figure is the summation of Forecast for New Customers and Forecast for Existing Customers.

Forecast for New Customers This figure is the summation of all forecast deals associated to your leads or new customers, which are either at the "Quotation Sent", "Done Deal! (Order Received)" or "Done Deal! (Invoiced)" stage.

Forecast for Existing Customers This figure is the summation of all forecast deals associated to your existing customers, which are either at the "Quotation Sent", "Done Deal! (Order Received)" or "Done Deal! (Invoiced)" stage.

Invoiced Total Invoiced Sales This figure is the summation of Invoiced Sales for New Customers and Invoiced Sales for Existing Customers.

Invoiced Sales for New Customers This figure is the summation of all invoiced deals associated to your new customers, which are at the "Done Deal! (Invoiced)" stage.

Invoiced Sales for Existing Customers This figure is the summation of all invoiced deals associated to your existing customers, which are at the "Done Deal! (Invoiced)" stage.
