About Contacts

A contact is an individual within an account, which communicates with you when you are working on a deal. A contact has name, title, phone number, mobile number and email address.

In SalesShaper, contact details are available at almost every page, giving you the option to contact these individuals instantly when needed. Here is an example of the contact details from the 'View Accounts' page.

If you need to call the contact, just tap on the phone or mobile box; likewise, if you want to compose an email to the contact’s email address, simply tap on the email box.

An account may contain one or more contacts, but there can only be one default contact, or the principal contact, whom you constantly get in touch with. The difference between default contacts and normal contacts is that default contacts will be shown on first sight on all related screens, while normal contacts will be hidden until you decide to reveal them.

All other contacts that are associated to an account will be visible after you click the SHOW MORE CONTACTS button.
