Import Data

SalesShaper provides you an easy way to import existing accounts, products and users into the system via web portal.

Before importing data, please check through the following list to ensure your data imports smoothly.

1. Make sure you are either a Sales Manager or an Assistant Sales Manager.
2. Make sure the format of the source file is Comma Separated values (CSV).
3. Make sure you have mapped and included the mandatory columns/fields correctly in the source file. You can check the mandatory columns for each module in the table below, or view more information on specific topic.
4. Make sure the first row of data in the source file contains the column/field names, rather than the data values.
5. Do not leave any rows blank in the source file.

The table below shows the mandatory fields of each module, in which you need to make sure they are filled in correctly in the source file.
