Edit Product

The Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager can edit the list of products or services that the company is selling. To do so:

1. On SalesShaper, access the products module by selecting PRODUCTS on the menu panel.
2. Then, click the icon of the product you want to edit.
   
3. You can then change the product or service name, and modify its description.
   

   Note:
   If you wish to deactivate the product, set "Active" to (untoggled) for inactive status. To activate an inactive product, set "Active" to (toggled).

4. Once the editing is done, click SAVE to save the changes.
